BIOGRAPHY
Growing up with scoliosis and chronic back pain, I often felt disconnected from my body. Limited mobility, muscular imbalances, and a belief that I simply “wasn’t sporty” shaped how I moved — and how I saw myself.
Everything shifted when a physiotherapist introduced me to simple exercises, which I later realized were based on Pilates. As the pain eased, I slowly began to rebuild trust in my body — and enjoy the freedom of movement without discomfort.
Pilates became a regular, almost instinctive part of my life. My posture improved, flexibility returned, and the physical imbalances faded.
This quiet, powerful method inspired me to go deeper and become a teacher. It now feels natural to share Pilates with anyone looking to (re)connect with their body — to find strength, balance, and ease, whatever their starting point.
